KINGMAN Sanitary Clamped Sight Glass consists of stainless steel frame and high-transparent tempered glass cylinder with outstanding pressure and impact resistance. Tri-clamp connections at both ends enable easy assembly and disassembly. It allows direct observation of internal fluid flow and liquid status for quick anomaly detection. Bolt tie rods fasten the tempered glass cylinder with safe and stable sealing. Mirror polished inside and out with smooth dead-zone-free flow path and full CIP compatibility. Widely used for fluid visual monitoring on food and pharmaceutical hygienic pipelines.

Working Principle
Sanitary Clamped Sight Glass displays internal pipeline fluid conditions directly through transparent glass cylinder. When liquid passes through glass chamber, operators can observe flow, mixing, bubbles or solid impurities. Tie rods evenly fasten stainless end caps and compress gaskets to prevent medium leakage. During pipeline CIP cleaning, flushing medium washes inner glass surface to remove deposits and maintain clear view.
