It adopts welded ends to be directly welded into hygienic pipelines. It is used to visually observe fluid flow status, material color, bubbles and impurities inside the pipeline and monitor production conditions in real time. Mirror polished housing with smooth dead-zone-free inner surface supports CIP online cleaning. Widely used in food, beverage, biopharma and fine chemical hygienic conveying pipelines.

Working Principle
Sanitary Weld End Sight Glass realizes internal pipeline visual monitoring via transparent glass tube. When medium flows through the sight glass chamber, operators can directly observe flow velocity, material color, bubbles, suspended matters and judge pipeline operating status through the glass. The glass tube bears pressure while stainless steel housing provides protection. Combined with production online cleaning process, deposits on inner glass surface can be flushed to maintain clear visibility.
