Sanitary Micro Filter
KINGMAN Sanitary Micro Filter is a high-end precision terminal filtration device with stainless steel pressure housing and high-precision micro mesh filter cartridges. Different from conventional coarse screen filtration, it adopts micro-membrane mesh as the core filtering medium to intercept ultra-fine particles, colloids and microorganisms for fluid sterilization and purification. Equipped with pressure gauge, vent valve, drain port and independent tripod support, the quick-open housing enables fast cartridge replacement. The clean residual-free flow path withstands high-temperature sterilization and online cleaning, ideal for high-purity terminal filtration in pharmaceutical, bioengineering and premium beverage production.

Working Principle
Sanitary Micro Filter completes precise sterile filtration based on the micro-pore sieving principle of high-precision micro mesh cartridges. After entering the pressure chamber, the medium penetrates the micro mesh layer under stable pressure. Ultra-fine particles, colloids, bacteria and microorganisms larger than the pore size are accurately trapped, while only purified fluid passes through to form high-purity sterile medium. The pressure gauge monitors clogging pressure difference in real time; the vent valve eliminates air resistance and the drain port discharges residual liquid. When the cartridge is saturated and pressure rises, the housing can be opened for cartridge replacement. Combined with online cleaning and sterilization, it maintains ultra-high terminal fluid cleanliness continuously.
