KINGMAN sanitary union Weld Liner is precisely processed from SS304/SS316L stainless steel and fully compliant with 3A, SMS, DIN and BPE international hygienic standards. It serves as the core sealing and flow-guiding component of sanitary unions. Adopting a precise flat-end structure, it achieves uniform face sealing under round nut compression with accurate alignment and stable sealing performance. The full mirror-polished inner wall ensures a smooth and continuous flow path without dead zones, effectively avoiding material adhesion and stagnation. During pipeline assembly, its precise flat sealing face fits closely with the sanitary gasket. The axial locking force of the round nut achieves even compression and forms a fully enclosed sealing layer to prevent medium leakage and external contamination. During operation, the smooth continuous inner bore ensures gentle and stable fluid transmission without turbulence or local stagnation, maintaining high-purity and hygienic medium delivery. The rigid structure buffers pipeline vibration and pressure fluctuation for long-term stable sealing performance. It supports repeated disassembly, cleaning and reassembly, fully complying with BPE and GMP high hygienic pipeline standards.
