Round Nut
KINGMAN sanitary weld union is precisely manufactured from SS304/SS316L stainless steel in full compliance with 3A, SMS, DIN RJT high-end hygienic standards. The complete assembly consists of a weld-end body, sealing flat liner and locking round nut, serving as a detachable connecting component for hygienic pipelines. With straight weld ends and nut compression face-sealing structure, it replaces traditional fixed welded joints. The mirror-polished inner wall and precision flat sealing face ensure dead-leg-free flow and stable sealing performance. It is widely used in high-purity pipeline systems for biopharmaceutical, food & beverage and fine chemical industries, fully meeting BPE medium transportation and CIP/SIP cleaning requirements.

Working Principle
Sanitary Weld Union adopts round nut compression sealing principle. During installation, two pipe bodies are welded to process pipelines respectively. After placing the sanitary gasket, the middle round nut is rotated to push the flat liner and compress the sealing faces tightly to form uniform and leak-proof sealing. In operation, media flows smoothly through the straight flat flow path without turbulence or dead retention, ensuring stable high-purity medium transportation. Compared with fully fixed welded joints, the union can be quickly disassembled by loosening the round nut without pipe cutting or hot work. It supports sectional pipeline disassembly, thorough cleaning, equipment maintenance and layout adjustment, fully meeting the permanent-installation and detachable-maintenance requirements of high-end hygienic pipeline systems.
