KINGMAN Sanitary Round Blank Nut with Chain is a hygienic threaded pipe end cap, manufactured according to SMS, DIN, 3A and ISO sanitary standards. It is matched with sanitary round thread union assembly to seal pipeline or tank branch openings. Equipped with a stainless steel safety chain to prevent loss after disassembly. Widely used in food, beverage, dairy, biopharmaceutical and fine chemical sanitary piping systems. It is applied to temporarily close spare ports, sampling ports and pipeline terminals, facilitating pipeline inspection, maintenance and CIP cleaning

Working Principle
The sanitary Round Blank Nut with Chain is screwed onto the mating male thread of the sanitary union. When tightened, the end face of blind cap compresses the sanitary gasket between the union parts, forming a tight hygienic seal to block medium flow and prevent external contaminants entering the pipeline. The safety chain keeps the blind cap attached to the pipe fitting when unscrewed, avoiding loss. When opening is required for sampling, inspection or maintenance, unscrew the blind cap to expose the port. After operation, screw it back to restore sealing. Standard thread ensures stable sealing and easy repeated assembly and disassembly.
