Union Type Sight Glass
KINGMAN Sanitary Union Type Sight Glass adopts union connection structure. Stainless steel housing fitted with round tempered glass disc, sealed and compressed by screwing the union thread. Tool-free disassembly; unscrew the union for fast inspection and maintenance. Mirror polished inner cavity with smooth dead-zone-free surface and CIP compatibility. Suitable for hygienic food and pharmaceutical pipelines to observe internal fluid conditions.

Working Principle
Sanitary Union Type Sight Glass realizes visual inspection via round glass disc compressed by union fitting. Fluid flows through central passage, operators can check liquid color, bubbles and impurities through glass. Tighten union thread to compress gasket and glass evenly for pressure-resistant sealing. For maintenance, unscrew union assembly to clean inner glass or replace gasket. Online cleaning removes deposits on glass surface to keep clear viewing.
