Features
- Three sanitary threaded ports matched with sanitary unions; threaded connection facilitates pre-assembly of pipelines
- Integrated fully polished metal handle without plastic parts, resistant to high temperature and chemical cleaners
- Optional T/L type ball to realize flow switching, media mixing and diversion
- Threaded design enables valve removal for offline maintenance without dismantling full pipeline sections
- Compact one-piece forged 3-way body, ideal for direct threaded installation on tanks and equipment
- Threaded ends flexibly connect to various pipe fittings for non-standard custom pipeline layouts
Working Principle
Sanitary Threaded Three Way Ball Valve with Polished Metal Handle uses the handle to turn the stem and rotate the 3-way ball. The internal L or T shaped passage inside the ball changes media connectivity among three male threaded ports. L-port design diverts flow between two pipelines, while T-port handles mixing and splitting. Equipped with sanitary male threaded ends matched with unions, the valve can be unscrewed individually without dismantling the full pipe run. Circumferential sealing between ball and seats prevents cross-flow. It supports direct threaded mounting on tanks and reactors, convenient for pre-assembly and offline maintenance.
Why Choose KINGMAN
Existing-Line Compatibility
Thread size, port arrangement and sanitary connection requirements can be checked against your current piping, reducing adapter changes when threaded three-way ball valves replace or extend existing equipment.
72H Prototype Response
For non-standard requirements, prototype work can begin within 72 hours after drawing confirmation, giving engineering teams a faster route to validate modified interfaces before volume production.
Mixed-Volume Shipping
FCL and LCL shipments are supported, while buyers with established logistics partners can nominate their own forwarder for better control over mixed sanitary component orders.
