Sanitary Threaded Butterfly-type ball valve
KINGMAN Sanitary Threaded Butterfly-type ball valve is forged from SS304/SS316L stainless steel. The threaded end enables convenient assembly, disassembly and on-site maintenance. The valve inner cavity adopts CNC precision turning process with smooth surface and zero dead space, fully compatible with CIP online cleaning and SIP steam sterilization. The compact disc handle ensures flexible and labor-saving switching operation. Available with PTFE/EPDM, FPM/PTFE, HNBR/PTFE,SLICONE/PTFE seals that meet FDA food-grade standards. It is widely used in food, beverage, dairy, clean fluid transmission and small liquid cooling pipelines, with complete material certificates and pressure test reports provided.

Working Principle
The Sanitary Threaded Butterfly-type ball valve opens and closes media flow as the stem rotates the ball. Media flows when the ball bore lines up with the flow channel. After a 90° rotation, the ball seats firmly to block fluid. The valve comes with sanitary male thread ends for detachable threaded connection. The valve can be removed for inspection without pipe cutting. CNC precision turned inner surface minimizes medium adhesion. It fits small and medium-bore sanitary pipelines and enables on-site seat replacement to cut maintenance cost
