Sanitary Pneumatic Butterfly Valve
KINGMAN Pneumatic Sanitary Tri-clamp Ball Valve is an automatic on-off valve specially engineered for hygienic fluid transfer systems. It consists of a stainless steel sanitary ball valve body and a stainless steel cylindrical pneumatic actuator. Adopting tri-clamp connection design, it can be quickly mounted and detached without welding. Widely used in food, beverage, dairy, biopharmaceutical and fine chemical industries, it performs rapid cut-off or connection of fluid media. It adapts to automated production workflows and meets frequent CIP cleaning requirements for sanitary pipelines.

Working Principle
Sanitary Pneumatic Butterfly Valve: Compressed air enters the pneumatic actuator and pushes the internal piston to generate torque, driving the connected valve stem and butterfly disc to rotate. A 90-degree rotation of the butterfly disc can fully open or block the flow passage, thereby realizing fluid connection or cut-off. When the air flow direction is switched, the piston moves reversely and rotates the butterfly disc back to switch the valve status between open and closed. The food-grade sanitary seat maintains tight contact with the butterfly disc for reliable sealing and prevents medium leakage. The tri-clamp ends connect with pipeline ferrules and gaskets to form a hygienic sealed joint, ensuring the medium flows in an isolated and clean channel; it supports quick disassembly for CIP/SIP cleaning and routine maintenance.
