Horizontal Pneumatic Butterfly Valve
KINGMAN Horizontal Pneumatic Butterfly Valve is an automatic flow control valve specially developed for hygienic fluid processing lines. It is assembled with an aluminum pneumatic actuator, position feedback switch, air filter regulator and stainless steel sanitary valve body. The tri-clamp connection design allows quick installation and removal without welding. It is widely used to regulate or cut off media flow in food, beverage, dairy, biopharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. It can work automatically under remote pneumatic control, which fits automated production and frequent CIP cleaning requirements.

Working Principle
Compressed air passes through the filter regulator to get cleaned and pressure-stabilized, then enters the pneumatic actuator of the Horizontal Pneumatic Butterfly Valve. The air pressure drives the internal piston of the actuator to rotate the shaft and butterfly disc. Rotating the disc by 90 degrees can fully open or close the flow passage, so as to realize cutting off or adjusting fluid flow. The position switch captures the valve status and sends feedback signals to the control cabinet. When air supply changes, the actuator reverses movement and switches the valve state. Its tri-clamp end forms a hygienic sealed joint with pipeline ferrules and gaskets, keeping the fluid isolated from external environment.
