KINGMAN Sanitary Intelligent Pneumatic Butterfly Valve is an intelligent automatic flow control valve specially designed for hygienic fluid processing pipelines. It is composed of stainless steel sanitary butterfly valve body, stainless steel cylindrical pneumatic actuator and intelligent valve positioner on the top. Adopting tri-clamp connection design, it supports fast disassembly and installation without welding. Widely applied in food, beverage, dairy, biopharmaceutical and fine chemical industries, it can realize remote on-off and proportional regulation of fluid media. It meets the high requirements of automated production lines and frequent CIP cleaning for sanitary processes.

Working Principle
Sanitary Intelligent Pneumatic Butterfly Valve: Controlled by an intelligent positioner and solenoid valve assembly, compressed air enters the pneumatic actuator to drive the actuator output shaft to rotate. The output shaft is connected to the valve stem, which transmits torque and drives the internal disc to rotate within 0~90° inside the valve body. When the disc rotates to fit tightly against the sanitary seat, the flow passage is fully closed to cut off the medium flow. When the disc rotates away from the seat, the flow channel opens to allow liquid or semi-solid media to pass through smoothly. The built-in intelligent positioner feeds back real-time valve opening signal to the control system, supporting remote adjustment of opening degree for on/off control and continuous flow regulation. The valve adopts hygienic polished flow channel without dead zones. Standard tri-clamp ends match pipeline ferrules and sanitary gaskets to form leak-free hygienic joints, which can be quickly disassembled for CIP/SIP cleaning, inspection and maintenance.
