Clamp Long Cross (9MP)
This sanitary Clamp Long Cross is manufactured from premium 316L stainless steel. It features extended straight pipe sections on all four ports with standard tri-clamp connections. Specially designed for hygienic process pipelines in food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and cosmetic industries. The long straight segments allow convenient installation of sensors, sampling ports, valves and other inline components. All internal surfaces are precision polished with smooth transition at intersections, no dead corners and no medium retention. Fully compatible with CIP online cleaning and SIP steam sterilization, complying with GMP and 3A hygienic standards. It serves as a multi-way connecting component to split, converge and distribute fluid in sanitary piping systems.

Working Principle
Sanitary Tri-clamp Cross adopts four-way independent weld-free tri-clamp installation. It can be rapidly connected to four-direction pipelines with standard sanitary gaskets and clamps without hot work, complying fully with BPE clean workshop construction specifications. After tight clamping, uniform gasket compression achieves comprehensive leak-proof sealing, preventing medium leakage and external contamination. During operation, the smooth arc cross flow path supports flexible multi-directional flow modes, including one-in three-out, two-in two-out and multi-way confluence. It delivers gentle flow transition and balanced flow distribution without dead retention or turbulence. Compared with welded cross, the detachable tri-clamp structure allows convenient disassembly for thorough dead-leg-free cleaning, segmented maintenance and pipeline upgrade, fully meeting the high-hygiene, detachable and easy-maintenance requirements of high-end sanitary process systems and ensuring long-term stable operation of high-purity medium transportation.
