45° Lateral Y Tee
KINGMAN sanitary Y-type weld tee is precisely manufactured from SS304/SS316L stainless steel, fully compliant with 3A, SMS, DIN RJT and BPE hygienic standards. It adopts Y-type 45° angled branch structure instead of conventional right-angle tee. The branch pipe diverts smoothly at an inclined angle with continuous streamlined flow path. Full-range high-precision mirror polishing is applied on inner surface. Gentle arc transition at junction eliminates dead zones and steps, greatly reducing fluid impact, vortex and material sedimentation risk. Standard weld ends are suitable for high-clean process piping in biopharmaceuticals, high-purity fluid, food and beverage industries. It meets BPE high-purity medium transfer and CIP/SIP online cleaning & sterilization requirements, ideal for processes requiring smooth diversion and minimal sediment accumulation.

Working Principle
Sanitary Y-type Weld Tee adopts three-port butt-weld fixed installation. It is integrated into hygienic process piping to form a permanent Y-shaped pipeline node with good structural integrity and reliable sealing, meeting BPE and GMP acceptance criteria. After medium enters the fitting, the 45° angled streamlined Y-cavity realizes smooth diversion or confluence. The gradual inclined flow path weakens fluid impact and avoids vortex, local stagnation and solid sediment commonly seen in right-angle tees, delivering gentler and more uniform flow distribution. Welded construction eliminates risks of joint loosening and leakage. The smooth inner cavity can be fully flushed by CIP cleaning fluid for dead-leg-free washing. It is suitable for delivery of sediment-prone media such as suspensions, slurries and active liquid medicines, ensuring stable operation of high-clean process pipelines.
