Working Principle
Sanitary Short Type Weld Tee adopts three-port butt-weld fixed installation for permanent pipeline branching connection. It is firmly integrated into hygienic main pipelines with stable sealing performance, perfectly suitable for fixed laying in narrow and dense piping areas. During operation, the smooth arc junction structure realizes stable medium diversion (one inlet, two outlets) and confluence (two inlets, one outlet) according to process requirements. The short-body gentle transition weakens fluid impact and turbulence, ensuring uniform flow distribution and stable medium switching between main and branch pipelines. The rigid welded structure eliminates loosening and leakage risks, supporting long-term continuous and efficient operation of hygienic pipeline splitting and confluence processes.
