14MPW Heavy Tank Ferrule
KINGMAN Sanitary 14MPW Heavy Tank Ferrule is a hygienic pipe end adapter manufactured according to 3A, SMS and DIN sanitary standards. It features an extended welding section for convenient butt welding to pipelines or tank nozzles. Matched with sanitary tri-clamps and hygienic gaskets, it achieves quick detachable pipeline connections. Widely used in food, beverage, dairy, biopharmaceutical and fine chemical sanitary piping systems. The long welding end improves welding operability on site and facilitates pipeline assembly, disassembly, inspection and CIP cleaning.

Working Principle
The long weld end tri-clamp ferrule is pre-welded onto the end of pipeline or tank branch. During pipeline assembly, two ferrules on the pipe ends are butted face to face, and a sanitary gasket is placed between the two sealing ridges. Tighten the sanitary tri-clamp to generate uniform axial compression force. The sealing ridges of two ferrules compress the gasket tightly to form a reliable hygienic seal, preventing medium leakage and blocking external contaminants entering the pipeline. The longer welded section makes field welding easier. When disassembly is required for cleaning or inspection, release the clamp to separate the pipeline. Standard dimensions guarantee stable sealing performance after repeated assembly and disassembly.
