Flange Type Sight Glass
KINGMAN Sanitary Flange Type Sight Glass adopts flange bolt fastening structure. Stainless steel flange base fitted with round tempered glass disc, designed as observation port for tanks, reactors and pipelines. It can directly observe internal material reaction, liquid level, flow and impurities. Flange connection offers strong pressure resistance. Mirror polished inner surface supports CIP online cleaning, widely used for tanks in pharmaceutical, food and fine chemical industries.

Working Principle
Sanitary Flange Type Sight Glass realizes visual monitoring inside tanks or pressure vessels via tempered glass disc fixed by flange. Internal medium and material reaction status can be observed directly through glass. Multiple bolts fasten flange evenly, compress gasket and glass to withstand vessel pressure and avoid medium leakage. CIP cleaning flushes inner glass surface to remove deposits and keep glass transparent for long-term observation.
