14RMP Roll-on Ferrule
KINGMAN Sanitary 14RMP Roll-on Ferrule is a standard hygienic pipe connector manufactured in full compliance with international sanitary standards. It adopts integral one-piece forming structure and is widely applied in sanitary pipeline systems for food, beverage, dairy, biopharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. Working Principle
Sanitary Ferrule is welded and fixed on the end of process pipelines or tank interfaces according to standard sanitary dimensions. During pipeline assembly, two standard ferrules are butted face to face, and a hygienic gasket is placed between the double-sided sealing surfaces. The sanitary clamp is locked to generate uniform axial pressure, which makes the ferrule sealing surface closely compress the gasket to form a fully closed hygienic sealing structure. It effectively prevents internal medium leakage and external dust and bacteria from entering the pipeline. When pipeline cleaning, maintenance or disassembly is needed, release the clamp to separate the connection quickly. The standard structural size ensures consistent assembly accuracy and stable sealing effect after repeated disassembly and assembly.
