The valve opens and closes automatically via compressed air and can be integrated with a central control system for remote operation. It adopts dead-leg-free polished flow path that fully supports CIP and SIP. Working Principle
Tri Clamp Pneumatic Aseptic Sampling Valve receives air pressure signals from the central control system via the top pneumatic actuator to drive stem movement and control diaphragm plug opening and closing for automatic aseptic sampling. When ventilated, the actuator lifts the plug to allow sterile pipeline medium to enter the sampling cavity for automatic sampling. When air supply stops, the built-in spring resets instantly to compress the seat for zero-leakage sealing. Equipped with dual independent sterilization ports, the valve supports full-range steam purging before and after sampling. The fully automatic operation without manual intervention effectively avoids human-induced contamination risks for fully automatic aseptic process pipelines.
