Working Principle
Sanitary Manual Aseptic Sampling Valve with Safety Lock adopts a dual control structure of key unlocking and handwheel driving to realize safe and controllable aseptic sampling. The valve is locked in normal state with unrotatable handwheel to prevent misoperation. For sampling, unlock the safety lock with a dedicated key and rotate the blue handwheel to lift the stem and plug, allowing sterile pipeline medium to flow out for sampling. After sampling, reset and seal the valve and lock it again. The cavity supports steam sterilization to ensure safe, aseptic and traceable sampling for highly standardized aseptic production scenarios.
