Working Principle
Sight Level Valves Upper & Lower Pair with PTFE Liner adopts manual handwheel rotation to drive spiral stem lifting, controlling the opening and closing between plug and seat for corrosive medium sampling. When closed, the plug tightly seals the seat to block fluid completely. When opened, corrosive pipeline medium flows stably along the smooth PTFE lining for sampling. The medium only contacts PTFE lining and sanitary seals without touching the metal body, avoiding body corrosion and metal ion precipitation contamination. The whole valve can be disassembled for cleaning after sampling to maintain high pipeline sanitation standards.
