Working Principle
Sanitary Level Gauge with Sampling Valve uses the top knurled knob to drive axial plug movement and switch the on-off state between the main pipeline and sampling passage. When closed, the plug fits tightly with the sealing seat to block process medium completely without leakage. When opened, clean medium from the main pipeline enters the cross cavity and flows out through the dedicated sampling nozzle for sampling. Equipped with independent steam and drain ports, the valve supports comprehensive high-temperature steam purging before and after sampling to eliminate residual medium and form a closed-loop aseptic sampling process.
