Working Principle
Sanitary Fine-adjustment Tri-clamp Butterfly Valve: Rotate the top handwheel to drive valve stem and butterfly plate to rotate within 0~90°. When butterfly plate is parallel to pipeline, the valve is fully open for maximum flow. When butterfly plate rotates perpendicular to pipeline, the valve is fully closed to cut off medium. The fine-adjustment mechanism can fix butterfly plate at any intermediate angle to adjust flow rate. The sanitary sealing ring closely fits butterfly plate to prevent medium leakage. Tri-clamp ends form hygienic sealed joints with pipeline ferrules and gaskets.
