Working Principle
Sanitary Adjustable Safety Relief Valve: The working pressure threshold is precisely set by adjusting the top regulating handwheel, which changes the compression degree and preload force of the internal precision spring. When the fluid medium pressure acting on the valve disc is lower than the preset spring preload, the spring tightly presses the disc against the valve seat, keeping the valve fully closed and maintaining complete hygienic sealing of the tank and pipeline system without leakage or pressure loss. Once the system operation fluctuates and the medium pressure rises to exceed the preset spring load, the upward fluid pressure overcomes the spring resistance and lifts the valve disc upward. The valve automatically opens the flow passage to discharge excess pressure and redundant medium, effectively releasing overpressure and stabilizing the system working pressure within a safe range. When the internal medium pressure drops back below the calibrated set value, the spring rebounds instantly and pushes the valve disc back to fit closely with the valve seat, realizing automatic reset and tight shutoff. The tri-clamp ports perfectly match standard pipeline ferrules and sanitary gaskets to form stable, sterile, leak-free sealed joints, allowing quick disassembly for routine inspection, calibration, maintenance and full CIP cleaning.
