Working Principle
3A Automatic Sanitary Air Relief Valve for Pressure Control: When gas accumulates continuously or internal pressure rises above the preset threshold inside the tank or sanitary pipeline, the upward medium pressure overcomes the spring preload and lifts the internal sealing assembly away from the precision-machined valve seat. The valve opens automatically to discharge trapped air, non-condensable gas and excess overpressure, so as to protect the tank and piping system from overpressure damage. Once the internal pressure drops back to the normal preset operating range, the spring force pushes the sealing assembly downward to reset and press tightly against the valve seat, forming a reliable hygienic seal to stop venting immediately. The tri-clamp port forms a hygienic sealed joint matched with pipeline ferrules and gaskets. It enables quick disassembly for internal inspection, component replacement and thorough CIP cleaning, and meets 3A sanitary requirements for food, beverage and biopharmaceutical production.
