KINGMAN sanitary Lined Tri-Clamp Reducer Tee is a hygienic pipeline fitting for fluid diversion, merging and direction switching in corrosive piping systems. It adopts 304 or 316L stainless steel as outer shell material. Customers can choose PTFE lining or PFA lining for all medium-contact inner surfaces. Three ports are equipped with tri-clamp quick ends for fast assembly and disassembly. PTFE lining provides comprehensive corrosion resistance with cost advantages. PFA lining features ultra-smooth inner surface and superior high-temperature performance. Both lining materials meet hygienic standards and support CIP/SIP cleaning & sterilization. Features
- Tri-clamp quick connection at three ends. No on-site welding required, simple and rapid assembly and disassembly. It has strong interchangeability and perfectly matches standard sanitary tri-clamp fittings, convenient for pipeline layout modification and maintenance.
- Optional lining for all wetted surfaces: PTFE or PFA. PTFE resists strong acid, strong alkali, oxidants and most corrosive chemical fluids with excellent cost performance. PFA has ultra-smooth inner wall, outstanding high-temperature resistance and non-stick property, suitable for high-temperature, high-purity and strict CIP/SIP working conditions. Both lining materials isolate corrosive fluid and protect stainless steel shell against chemical erosion.
- Smooth lining inner wall with low friction coefficient. It effectively reduces medium adhesion and residue, avoids material accumulation, fully meets CIP/SIP in-place cleaning and sterilization requirements for hygienic and high-purity process working conditions.
- Stainless steel outer body with CNC precision machining. Stable mechanical strength and reliable pressure bearing capacity. The stainless steel shell provides solid structural support and prevents external atmospheric corrosion to extend service life.
- Optimized equal tee flow transition design. Smooth transition at the three-way junction reduces fluid turbulence and pressure drop, ensuring stable medium flow during diversion or convergence.
- Integrated lining molding process. The PTFE or PFA liner is tightly bonded with stainless steel substrate. Under respective rated temperature and pressure working conditions, it can effectively prevent lining peeling, bubbling and falling off.
Working Principle
This sanitary lined tri-clamp tee works as a pipeline diversion and confluence component. When fluid medium flows into one inlet port of the sanitary lined tri-clamp tee, the medium can be split and delivered to the other two outlets for shunting. Alternatively, two streams of medium can flow into two separate ports and converge to flow out from the third port. The selected fluoroplastic lining (PTFE or PFA) separates corrosive fluid from the stainless steel substrate. The smooth inner channel guides fluid to split or combine flow without changing medium properties, realizing pipeline flow distribution and confluence functions.
