Encapsulated Sanitary Weld Ball Valve
KINGMAN Encapsulated Sanitary Weld Ball Valve adopts SS304/SS316L stainless steel body with split 3-piece construction and full bore design for low pressure drop. Sanitary butt-weld ends can be welded directly to pipelines to build dead-space-free closed piping systems. Blue limited handle clearly marks open/closed status to avoid misoperation. The detachable 3-piece body simplifies internal inspection and seal replacement. It supports CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization, suitable for permanent pipeline installation in sanitary lines for food, pharmaceutical and liquid cooling industries.

Features
- Split 3-piece valve body allows separate maintenance of ball and seals without full valve replacement to reduce long-term operating costs
- Sanitary butt-weld ends form continuous smooth inner wall after pipeline welding, eliminating extra dead legs and medium residue
- Full bore flow path matches the inner diameter of mating pipes for ultra-low pressure drop and stable fluid delivery
- Blue limit handle with positioning stop block, clear visual open/close indicator to prevent accidental rotation on site
- Optional SS304 / SS316L stainless steel, acid and alkali resistant, compatible with CIP online cleaning and SIP steam sterilization
- Welded connection provides permanent piping sealing, ideal for long-term fixed sanitary pipelines in food, pharmaceutical and liquid cooling systems
Working Principle
Encapsulated Sanitary Weld Ball Valve with Blue Handle uses the manual blue handle to drive the valve stem and rotate the internal ball 90° to control fluid on and off. When the bore of the ball aligns with the pipeline, media flows freely. A quarter turn presses the solid surface of the ball against the seats to shut off flow. The split 3-piece body can be disassembled to inspect the ball and seals without cutting the pipeline. Butt-weld ends integrate seamlessly with piping to deliver smooth, dead-leg-free inner surfaces, supporting residue-free CIP/SIP for permanently installed sanitary process lines.
Why Choose KINGMAN
Maintenance-Aware Supply
For three-piece encapsulated weld ball valves, approved replacement seals and related sanitary components can be sourced through the same supplier, simplifying future maintenance planning for permanent process lines.
High-Purity Finish Options
Wetted surfaces can be mechanically polished to Ra ≤ 0.51 μm or electropolished to Ra ≤ 0.38 μm where hygienic and high-purity processes require tighter finish control.
Predictable Production Window
Standard orders are typically scheduled within 15–25 days, giving equipment manufacturers and project buyers a clearer timeframe for coordinating fabrication, assembly and site delivery.
