    Features

    • 1. Independent dual-port partition design ensures no interference between sampling and steam sterilization ports, enabling synchronous cavity sterilization during sampling for higher efficiency and better aseptic performance.
    • 2. Streamlined self-draining spherical body has no liquid accumulation dead zones, achieving complete gravity drainage and thoroughly solving the bacterial growth problem caused by long-term residue in ordinary sampling valves.
    • 3. Full diaphragm isolation sealing system completely separates transmission structures from process medium, fundamentally eliminating sterile medium pollution caused by metal impurities, oil and dust.
    • 4. Imported food-grade EPDM/PTFE composite diaphragm resists high-temperature steam, aging and fatigue, maintaining stable sealing performance under long-term repeated SIP sterilization conditions.
    • 5. Quick tri-clamp installation requires no pipe cutting for easy disassembly, offline deep cleaning and seal replacement, adapting to high-frequency sampling production conditions.
    • 6. Compliant with international EHEDG and GMP hygienic standards with high structural cleanliness, suitable for high-end continuous aseptic production lines and strict biopharmaceutical processes.

    Working Principle

Sanitary Sanitary Aseptic Sampling Valve adopts the top black manual knob to control stem lifting and lowering, driving the flexible diaphragm to open and seal. When closed, the diaphragm tightly fits the spherical seat to form a closed aseptic cavity and isolate main pipeline medium. Lifting the diaphragm by rotating the knob allows sterile main medium to enter the spherical cavity and flow out through the dedicated sampling port. The independent steam port delivers high-temperature steam for targeted sampling passage sterilization. Cooperating with the spherical self-draining structure, it forms a closed-loop aseptic process of sampling, sterilization and drainage to ensure long-term sterile and clean pipeline operation.

    Why Choose KINGMAN

    High-Purity Material Choice

304 and 316L are standard options, while AL6XN, Hastelloy and Alloy 22 can support more demanding media when an aseptic sampling point requires greater corrosion resistance.

    Small-Batch Friendly

Samples and small trial quantities are accepted, giving laboratories, equipment builders and process users a lower-commitment route to qualify a sanitary aseptic sampling valve.

    Quality Checks Before Shipment

Material analysis, pressure testing, leakage checks, surface inspection and 100% final inspection provide multiple verification stages before sanitary sampling valves are packed for export.
