Working Principle
Sanitary Sampling Valve adopts a top handwheel to drive spiral stem lifting and lowering, precisely controlling the opening and sealing status between plug and seat. When fully closed, the plug tightly compresses the seat to block pipeline fluid with zero leakage. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to lift the plug, allowing pressurized pipeline medium to flow stably out of the sampling cavity for aseptic sampling. Reverse rotation resets and seals the valve after sampling. The smooth inner flow path supports in-line flushing to eliminate residual medium and ensure consistent sampling cleanliness.
