Working Principle
Sanitary Welded Cross adopts four-port butt-weld fixed installation, directly integrated into hygienic process piping to form a permanent cross pipeline node with strong structural integrity and reliable sealing, meeting BPE and GMP acceptance criteria. During operation, media realizes four-way fluid exchange through the cross cavity. It supports multi-path diversion, confluence or bidirectional transfer according to process requirements. The rounded cross inner cavity cushions fluid impact, weakens vortex and pressure fluctuation to achieve stable and balanced flow distribution among four ports and avoid local medium stagnation. Welded construction eliminates risks of joint loosening and leakage. Combined with CIP process, full internal cleaning of the cross can be realized, ensuring stable and continuous multi-directional distribution for high-purity process pipelines.
