Working Principle
Sanitary Pneumatic Shut-off & Divert Valve: The whole valve action is automatically controlled by external solenoid valve to switch the compressed air supply direction. Clean compressed air is delivered into the high-performance stainless steel pneumatic actuator, generating stable pneumatic thrust to push the internal piston and valve stem. The linkage assembly drives the precision-made internal plug to perform vertical up-and-down linear movement, which accurately opens, closes or switches different internal flow passages. By changing the air inlet and exhaust direction of the actuator, the valve can flexibly realize multiple working states, including straight-through medium conveying, branch flow diversion, and full pipeline shut-off. It effectively completes automatic fluid distribution, flow switching and pipeline isolation during production operation. The internal flow path is smooth and free of dead zones, avoiding medium retention and bacterial growth. Equipped with standard tri-clamp ports, the valve perfectly matches sanitary pipeline ferrules and gaskets to form stable, sterile, leak-free hygienic sealed joints.
