Shut-off & Divert Valve Manual Flow Regulating Valve

This sanitary pneumatic divert valve is fabricated from premium 316L stainless steel, specially engineered for hygienic process industries including food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and fine chemical sectors. It adopts spherical valve body structure with tri-clamp connection design, supporting rapid on-site assembly and disassembly. The internal flow passage is precisely polished with no dead zones, fully compatible with CIP online cleaning and SIP steam sterilization, complying with GMP, 3A and other global hygienic standards. This valve serves as a core pipeline component to switch the flow direction of liquid medium, widely applied in material transfer, batch switching, product diversion and process isolation in hygienic production lines.

    Features

    • 316L stainless steel wetted components for superior hygiene All parts in contact with process medium are made of 316L stainless steel. It exhibits outstanding resistance to corrosion from acid, alkali and various process fluids, meets strict hygienic requirements and avoids metal contamination to products.
    • The spherical cavity is CNC machined and finely polished. The streamlined flow channel eliminates dead legs, effectively prevents medium residue and bacterial reproduction, and guarantees clean medium transfer.
    • Adopts standard tri-clamp end connections. No welding is required during installation. Operators can quickly disassemble the valve for inspection, cleaning and seal replacement, greatly reducing downtime.
    • Equipped with a high-performance compact pneumatic actuator. The switching action is responsive and stable. Spring return fail-safe option is available: the valve will automatically reset to safe position once air supply fails, protecting the whole process.

    Working Principle

This divert valve is driven by a pneumatic actuator. When compressed air enters the designated chamber of the actuator, it generates thrust to push the valve stem and internal plug assembly to move up and down. By adjusting the position of the plug inside the spherical valve body, the internal flow channels are opened or closed to switch the direction of fluid flow, realizing medium diversion. For spring return type, when compressed air supply is cut off, the built-in spring will push the stem and plug back to the preset safe position automatically. The spherical cavity design reduces fluid turbulence and flow resistance, ensuring gentle and stable medium transfer during flow switching.

    Why Choose KINGMAN

    Routing Layout Review

For shut-off and divert regulating valves, KINGMAN can review port direction, connection geometry and installation space against process drawings before confirming the sanitary flow-routing arrangement.

    Custom Connections Available

Tri-Clamp, weld, threaded and flange interfaces can be matched to project requirements, reducing adapter changes when regulating valves must connect with existing hygienic piping or equipment.

    30+ Years Manufacturing

More than three decades of stainless steel manufacturing experience support sanitary valve machining, finishing and assembly for food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other clean-process projects.
