KINGMAN vacuum blank flange is a standard vacuum component for sealing vacuum pipeline ports. It is widely used in vacuum systems of semiconductor, coating, laboratory equipment, new energy and analytical instruments. It blocks pipeline openings to maintain vacuum tightness, for system isolation, testing and temporary closure. Our blank flanges are precision CNC machined from stainless steel, with flat sealing surface to ensure low leakage performance.

Working Principle
The vacuum blank flange achieves sealing by clamping the blank flange, flange and gasket together with a clamp. The flat end face of blank flange compresses the rubber gasket to fully seal the pipeline port. When the system is pumped to form negative pressure, the pressure difference between inside and outside further compresses the sealing interface, blocking outside air from entering the vacuum chamber and maintaining vacuum level. The blank flange physically closes the pipeline for equipment maintenance, segmented pumping or reserved spare ports.
