Sanitary Ball Check Valve

KINGMAN sanitary ball check valve, also known as a ball-type non-return valve or one-way valve, is a high-hygiene automatic non-return valve specially designed for hygienic piping systems. The product features a ball-type opening and closing structure, mainly composed of a valve body, a food-grade ball and a sealing seat. Its simple and compact structure requires no spring or other wearing parts, resulting in a low failure rate and easy maintenance. The valve body is made of high-quality stainless steel 304/316L with a smooth, dead-leg-free internal surface, meeting the high cleanliness and hygiene safety requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries, and is widely applicable to various hygienic process piping systems.

    Features

    • Adopts unique spherical core sealing structure, featuring large flow area and low fluid resistance, ensuring efficient and stable medium delivery in sanitary pipelines.
    • The floating spherical sealing core has flexible automatic reset performance, providing highly sensitive one-way anti-backflow effect under variable flow and pressure conditions.
    • Integral CNC precision machining with standard 304/316L stainless steel body, delivering excellent structural stability and durable sealing performance.
    • Internal streamline spherical cavity design completely eliminates dead corners, effectively avoiding medium retention and residue, fully adapting to frequent CIP online cleaning.
    • Free of fragile spring parts, the spherical non-return structure realizes long service life, low failure rate and minimal maintenance cost for industrial continuous operation.
    • Compliant with international sanitary standards, suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical and biological engineering industries, and supports stable global export supply.

    Working Principle

The Sanitary Non Return Ball Check Valve, also known as a ball-type non-return valve or one-way valve, is an automatic valve installed in hygienic piping systems to prevent reverse flow of media. Its working principle: when the medium flows forward, fluid pressure pushes the ball off the sealing seat, allowing the medium to pass through smoothly. When the medium stops flowing or reverse pressure occurs, the ball automatically falls back under the combined action of its own gravity and the reverse pressure, pressing firmly against the seat to form a reliable seal and prevent backflow. The valve requires no spring, no manual operation and no external power, offering direct and reliable opening and closing action, while its full-bore flow path provides low resistance and smooth handling of viscous or particle-containing media.
