KINGMAN Pressure Round Manhole Cover is a circular pressure-rated hygienic manway for pressurized process tanks. Made of high-quality stainless steel with mirror polishing, it adopts multi-handwheel bolt clamping structure to sustain internal tank pressure. The circular design distributes pressure evenly across the flange for superior mechanical strength. It serves as the main access port for tank inspection, maintenance and material access. It is commonly installed on pressure vessels in biopharma, food and fine chemical production.

Working Principle
Based on the uniform stress characteristics of circular structure, the Pressure Round Manhole Cover forms a high-strength pressure-tight sealing layer by synchronous compression of surrounding handwheel bolts. It effectively offsets the outward tension of high-pressure medium inside the tank to achieve zero leakage and zero pressure relief during pressurized production. When maintenance and cleaning are required, the handwheels can be loosened evenly to remove the cover quickly for internal cleaning and upkeep, ensuring long-term safe, stable and closed operation of pressure vessels.
