KINGMAN sanitary ined tri-clamp ball valve is a manual shut-off valve designed for corrosive hygienic pipelines. The valve body adopts high-quality 304/316L stainless steel. All medium-contact surfaces have two optional lining materials: PTFE lining or PFA lining. It uses sanitary tri-clamp quick connection for fast assembly and disassembly. PTFE lining delivers stable corrosion resistance and good cost performance for general corrosive working conditions. PFA lining has ultra-smooth inner surface, superior high-temperature resistance and non-stick property, suitable for high-temperature, high-purity and strict cleaning scenarios. Both lining materials can resist strong acid, strong alkali and various corrosive chemical media, and comply with CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization standards. - Double lining optional (PTFE / PFA), wide working condition coverage. The valve provides two independent lining solutions. PTFE lining delivers stable anti-corrosion performance and high cost performance for conventional acid-base media. PFA lining has ultra-high surface smoothness, better high-temperature resistance and anti-adhesion performance, solving the problems of material sticking and high-temperature aging, suitable for high-purity and high-temperature corrosive environments.
- Full fluorine-lined wetted parts, comprehensive anti-corrosion ability. The valve plate and valve body sealing surface are fully lined with fluorine material. The stainless steel body is completely isolated from corrosive media, effectively avoiding chemical erosion, oxidation and rust. Working Principle
This sanitary PTFE/PFA lined tri-clamp butterfly valve relies on manual handle rotation to drive the internal fluorine-lined butterfly plate to rotate synchronously. When the handle rotates 90 degrees to make the fluorine-lined butterfly plate parallel to the fluid direction, the flow channel is fully opened, and the corrosive medium smoothly passes through the PTFE or PFA lined inner wall of the sanitary lined butterfly valve. When the handle rotates reversely by 90 degrees, the butterfly plate is perpendicular to the pipeline direction, and the fluorine-lined plate tightly presses against the fluorine-lined sealing surface of the valve body. Relying on the flexible fitting performance of the fluorine material, the flow passage is completely blocked, realizing reliable shut-off and effective isolation of corrosive media.
