Sanitary Check Valve
KINGMAN sanitary check valves are widely used in food, beverage, dairy, AI liquid-cooled data center and other industries, primarily to prevent media backflow and protect downstream equipment such as pumps and metering devices from impact, ensuring the hygiene and safety of production processes. When selecting a valve, it is recommended to choose the appropriate body material and sealing ring material according to the medium characteristics (acidity/alkalinity, temperature), working pressure and cleaning method. Custom production is available for special sizes or installation forms.

Features
- Hybrid butt‑weld and threaded‑end construction combines permanent welded sealing performance with the detachable advantage of threaded port, catering to mixed‑connection piping layouts where one side requires fixed installation and the other side needs frequent disassembly.
- Precision‑CNC processed valve body and internal moving assemblies maintain matched mechanical tolerances, delivering steady sealing performance under cyclic opening‑closing and fluctuating pressure conditions.
- Carefully optimized full‑bore inner flow path removes internal dead‑leg areas, minimizes medium residue and fully satisfies CIP cleaning requirements for hygienic production scenarios.
- Built‑in pressure‑differential self‑actuated structure works without auxiliary actuators, achieving automatic one‑way flow control and effectively preventing backflow‑induced medium cross‑contamination within piping networks.
- Multiple sealing grades with EPDM and silicone available, offering flexible selection for varied media types, operating temperatures and vacuum working environments.
- Manufactured in compliance with mainstream international sanitary standards, widely deployed for food, pharmaceutical and liquid‑cooled process pipelines and supports worldwide project delivery.
Working Principle
This stainless-steel Sanitary non-return check valve with combined butt-weld and threaded-end connections relies entirely on fluid pressure for fully automatic operation, requiring no auxiliary driving accessories. Positive-direction flow lifts the internal movable disc away from the sealing seat, enabling stable medium circulation within the mixed-joint pipeline. Upon flow stop or reverse pressure caused by pump shut-off or system pressure fluctuation, the disc presses firmly onto the seat seal, forming a reliable physical barrier that stops any backward flow and prevents medium cross-contamination. The hybrid connection — one end butt-welded for a permanent, leak-tight joint and the other end threaded for convenient disassembly — combines installation flexibility with system integrity.
