Sanitary Clamp Check Valve
KINGMAN sanitary welded check valve, also known as a non-return valve or one-way valve, is an automatic valve installed in hygienic piping systems to prevent reverse flow of media. It operates by the pressure of the forward-flowing medium overcoming the spring force to push the valve disc open and allow fluid to pass through. When the medium stops flowing or reverse pressure occurs, the spring quickly pushes the valve disc back to the closed position, ensuring one-way flow in the pipeline and effectively preventing medium contamination and equipment damage caused by backflow and suction. Working Principle
This stainless-steel sanitary clamp check valve is an automatic non-return component that operates purely by fluid pressure, with no spring or external control required. Forward-flowing medium pushes the internal disc away from the valve seat, creating a smooth, low-resistance passage. Once the flow declines or reverse pressure builds up, the back-flow force presses the disc tightly against the seat seal, blocking reverse medium instantly. This effectively prevents back-flow contamination and protects downstream process equipment within the sanitary piping system, while the tri-clamp ends allow quick installation and easy disassembly for cleaning.
