PFA Lined Sanitary Tri-clamp ball valve
KINGMAN PFA Lined Sanitary Tri-clamp ball valve is a manually operated shut-off valve, adopting tri-clamp quick connection design. The valve body is made of stainless steel 304 or 316L, with inner lining of PFA and PTFE. All wetted surfaces are fully covered by fluorine material, delivering excellent resistance to strong acid, strong alkali and various corrosive chemical media. It features three-piece split structure for easy disassembly and cleaning. Widely used in chemical industry, new energy, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and corrosive fluid pipeline systems to control the on-off of aggressive media.

Features
- Two lining options of PTFE and PFA to cover wider working conditions. PTFE lining has reliable anti-corrosion performance and cost advantage for common acid and alkali media. PFA lining features ultra-smooth surface, excellent high temperature resistance and anti-sticking ability, effectively avoiding material adhesion and high-temperature aging, and fits high-purity and high-temperature corrosive environments.
- Full fluorine lining on all wetted components for comprehensive anti-corrosion protection. The ball and valve seat are fully lined with fluoroplastic, completely separating corrosive media from the stainless steel valve body to prevent chemical erosion and rust, greatly extending service life under harsh chemical working conditions.
- Smooth inner wall with low friction coefficient, meeting hygienic CIP/SIP requirements. Both PTFE and PFA linings are not easy to stick medium, scale or accumulate residues. The streamlined flow channel supports thorough online cleaning and high-temperature sterilization, satisfying hygienic and aseptic production demands.

- Straight-through full bore design with low flow resistance. The ball adopts full port structure. When fully open, the inner diameter is consistent with pipeline, reducing fluid pressure loss and ensuring large and stable flow rate.
- Integrated lining molding process with stable structure. PTFE or PFA liner is tightly bonded with stainless steel substrate. It will not peel, bubble or fall off under rated temperature and pressure cycles, supporting long-term continuous operation.
Working Principle
This sanitary PTFE/PFA lined tri-clamp ball valve uses manual handle rotation to drive the fluorine-lined ball inside the valve body to rotate 90 degrees. When the through hole of the fluorine-lined ball aligns with the pipeline direction, the flow channel is fully opened, and corrosive medium flows smoothly through the PTFE or PFA lined cavity. When the handle rotates reversely by 90°, the through hole of the ball turns perpendicular to the pipeline. The fluorine-lined ball closely presses against the fluorine-lined valve seat. By virtue of the sealing performance of fluoroplastic, the flow passage is fully blocked, cutting off medium flow and achieving reliable shut-off and isolation of corrosive fluid.
