Rectangular Manhole Cover (Manway)
INGMAN Sanitary Rectangular Manhole Cover is a hygienic atmospheric manway with central cross bar locking structure, widely mounted on tank side wall or tank top for sanitary process vessels. Fabricated from premium stainless steel with mirror polishing, it adopts single cross bar central clamping and hinged flip cover design. The square opening combined with center compression mechanism achieves uniform sealing force around the whole flange. It enables fast tool-free opening for tank inspection, residue cleaning, material feeding and internal equipment maintenance. It is commonly used for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and cosmetic sanitary storage tanks and mixing vessels.

Working Principle
Sanitary Round Manhole Cover tightly presses the hinged cover against the tank flange through cross-bar quick-lock mechanism, evenly compressing the sanitary gasket to form a closed hygienic sealing interface and preventing external impurities, moisture and dust from contaminating internal materials. For cleaning, inspection and internal operation, release the cross bar to flip open the cover and open the tank access quickly. After operation, close and lock the cover to maintain a closed, clean and hygienic tank environment for continuous atmospheric sanitary production.
