Working Principle
The elliptical manhole cover realizes flexible opening and closing through the hinge flipping structure. After closing, the compression mechanism evenly squeezes the sanitary gasket to achieve tight fitting between cover and tank flange, forming a fully closed hygienic protective layer to isolate external contamination. The large elliptical opening provides sufficient access for personnel, cleaning tools and maintenance equipment to thoroughly clean internal residues and sediments. The integrated hinge keeps the cover connected during operation, simplifying repeated opening and closing and maintaining a clean and closed tank production environment.
