Vacuum Ball Valves KF
The KF three-piece vacuum ball valve is a manual on-off valve specially engineered for high and medium vacuum pipeline systems. It is constructed with stainless steel 304 or 316L as standard material, paired with PTFE sealing components and KF quick clamp flange connections. The three-piece split structure allows easy disassembly, cleaning and inspection. With low outgassing rate and outstanding sealing performance, this valve can reliably maintain vacuum degree under vacuum working conditions. It is widely used in vacuum coating, semiconductor manufacturing, laboratory vacuum equipment, food & pharmaceutical processing, and other vacuum gas pipeline systems to control the opening and closing of gas medium.

Working Principle
This KF three-piece vacuum ball valve works by rotating the handle 90° to drive the spherical ball core inside the valve body. When the through-hole of the ball core aligns with the pipeline channel, the KF three-piece vacuum ball valve opens to allow medium flow. Rotate the handle another 90°, the solid side of the ball core blocks the pipeline passage, the PTFE seat closely fits the ball surface, the KF three-piece vacuum ball valve closes to cut off the medium and maintain vacuum
