Vacuum Flange Butterfly Valves KF
KINGMAN Vacuum butterfly valve is an important control component widely used in high and medium vacuum systems. It is installed on vacuum pipelines to cut off or regulate gas flow. It can quickly open and close, and adjust the flow rate of the medium. It is commonly applied in vacuum coating, semiconductor, laboratory vacuum equipment, new energy and pharmaceutical industries. The valve body adopts precision CNC machining, paired with elastic sealing structure, featuring fast response and reliable sealing performance.

Features
- Quick opening & closing, adjustable flow: 90° rotation of the disc completes full open/close. Continuously adjust gas flow, both for shut-off and throttling.
- KF standard quick flange: Comply with KF vacuum flange standard, clamp type for fast assembly, easy pipeline installation and maintenance.
- Excellent vacuum sealing: Adopt vacuum-resistant rubber seal, tight contact of sealing surface, low leak rate for medium & high vacuum.
- Compact structure, small footprint: Slim valve body, smaller than gate valve and baffle valve, ideal for vacuum pipelines with limited space
- Multiple actuator options: Manual, pneumatic, electric actuators available for local operation or remote automatic control.
- Optional corrosion-resistant material: 304/316L stainless steel optional, good anti-corrosion, compatible with various process gas, easy to clean.
Working Principle
The core component of vacuum butterfly valve is the disc fixed on the valve stem. Rotate the stem to drive the disc to swing within 90°. When the disc is parallel to the pipeline direction, the valve is fully open, gas can pass freely; when the disc rotates to perpendicular to the pipeline, the disc presses against the sealing ring to block the pipeline and cut off gas flow. By changing the rotation angle of the disc, the cross-sectional area of flow passage can be changed to realize gas flow regulation. Under vacuum negative pressure, the sealing ring keeps close contact with the disc to prevent air leakage into the vacuum system.
