Our mandrel-guided bending process maintains smooth tube geometry, helping you reduce deformation risks and achieve reliable flow paths in sanitary piping systems.
- Sizes: 1/2" to 12" OD (DN10–DN300)
- Angles: 15°–180° continuous or custom bends
- Wall Thickness: 1.5–3.0 mm
- Bending Radii: 1.5D, 2D, 3D, or custom mandrel bends
Sanitary Welding
We apply sanitary welding processes based on ASME BPE and AWS D18.1 requirements, giving you clean weld surfaces and consistent connection quality.
