KINGMAN sanitary pneumatic angle seat valve is available in both 304 and premium 316L stainless steel material options. It can be equipped with plastic or stainless steel pneumatic actuators. Adopting Y-shaped angle seat structure and standard tri-clamp connections, this valve is perfectly suited for hygienic process pipelines in food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and cosmetic industries. The streamlined Y-type flow path features low flow resistance and no dead zones, fully compatible with CIP online cleaning and SIP steam sterilization, complying with GMP and 3A hygienic standards. It delivers fast, reliable on-off control for liquid, gas and steam media, widely used for automatic cut-off in process pipelines.

Working Principle
sanitary pneumatic angle seat valve is actuated by compressed air. Compressed air enters the actuator chamber to push the internal piston, driving the valve stem and plug to move. When the piston moves upward, the valve plug lifts away from the valve seat and the valve opens. When air pressure is released, the internal spring pushes the piston downwards, the plug presses against the seat and the valve closes. The Y-shaped angle seat structure keeps the flow path smooth during opening and closing, minimizing impact on fluid flow.
