Sanitary Three Piece Butterfly valve
KINGMAN supplies sanitary three piece butterfly valves. Featuring a detachable 3-piece split structure, it can be fully disassembled for thorough deep cleaning and convenient on-site maintenance to avoid dirt buildup and bacterial growth. Available in 304 or 316L stainless steel with fine polishing, it enables hygienic fluid conveyance and supports CIP in-place cleaning. The upgraded sealing structure retains consistent tightness even after numerous open-close cycles. Manufactured to 3A, SMS, DIN and ISO standards. Lightweight and highly versatile, it is widely deployed in sanitary piping systems for dairy, beverage, fine chemical, pharmaceutical and AI data center projects.

Working Principle
The sanitary three-piece butterfly valve is distinguished by its body construction: a left body, the disc assembly and a right body are bolted together, with the disc and elastic sealing seat held in the center. Its working principle is still the 90° rotation of the disc, but the split-body design allows the end pieces to be removed for in-line inspection and seal replacement without taking the valve out of the pipeline. This structure significantly shortens maintenance downtime and makes seat replacement quick — a decisive advantage for production lines that cannot afford long stoppages.
