Sanitary one-side-threaded, one-side-flange Butterfly Valve
KINGMAN supplies sanitary one-side-threaded, one-side-flange butterfly valves. This mixed connection design comes with a threaded end on one side and a flange end on the other, tailored for special piping systems requiring different joint types. The valve body can be 304 or 316L stainless steel with mirror-finished inner cavity for hygienic fluid transfer. Optimized disc and sealing construction delivers stable opening/closing performance and simple operation. Manufactured to 3A, SMS, DIN and ISO standards. It is commonly adopted for custom piping layouts in food, beverage and pharmaceutical production lines and facilitates routine sanitary maintenance.

Features
- Hybrid one‑thread one‑flange connection: Thread for quick disassembly; flange for stable, rigid piping installation.
- CNC precision‑turned body & disc for high‑precision sealing mating surface.
- Polished dead‑leg‑free inner flow path, compatible with CIP cleaning.
- Multiple seal selections for pressure and full‑vacuum working conditions.
- Piece‑by‑piece pressure test to guarantee sealing reliability.
- Manual / pneumatic 90° rotary operation for shut‑off and throttling.
- Meets global sanitary standards for food, pharma and liquid‑cooled data‑center systems.
Working Principle
Driven by manual handle or pneumatic actuator, the butterfly disc rotates 90° around the central shaft. When parallel to the pipeline, the valve is fully open for medium circulation. When rotated to the perpendicular position, the disc compresses the elastic seat seal to achieve tight shut‑off. The thread‑flange hybrid design only modifies the piping connection form and does not change the valve’s switching performance. The elastic seal compensates machining tolerances to maintain reliable sealing under pressure and full‑vacuum operating conditions.
